San Pellegrino is the Official Water Partner of Expo Milano 2015 and the Italian Pavilion


The partnership between San Pellegrino and Expo Milano 2015 is official. The famous "red star," symbol of Made in Italy food quality will be the official water partner for the event and the Italian Pavilion, with its small themed piazza. In addition, San Pellegrino will promote the event on tables all over the world with a special edition bottle that will be distributed from January 2015, with approximately 150 million units shipping to 80 countries around the world.

"San Pellegrino mineral water is now present in 138 countries and is recognized as an ambassador of taste, quality and Italian style,” said Stefano Agostini, President and CEO of the San Pellegrino Group. “For this reason, we believe we are able to best represent our country at an event of global significance such as the Expo. We really want to seize this opportunity, to create synergies with other activities in our country and promote Italian know-how in the eyes of the world and our inimitable culture of food and taste."

The themed piazza of Acqua San Pellegrino will be a space for education and entertainment, dedicated to spreading a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable and appetizing by promoting talent that is Made in Italy and connected to the world of cuisine and renowned chefs.

That's why the partnership with an established brand like San Pellegrino gives us such pleasure. The small piazza dedicated to mineral water will be based on the promotion of this natural resource and the concept of hydration, the importance of recycling bottles and sustainable development, connecting perfectly with the key themes of the Expo."
